about 24 Hour Party People

'24 Hour Party People' is a night devised by DJs Bill E & Cling. Since Cling jetted off to Melbourne in September 2004, Bill has been running things solo.

Sure, we stole the title off the song, the book & the movie, but all of those three should give you some idea of what to expect musically. It is not, however, a strictly Factory records night (tho' that might be an excellent idea), rather a celebration of alternative pop music from the mid-80s on, through Madchester & baggy, Britpop etc, right up to today's indie.

It's probably easier to list some bands to give you some idea of what you'll be hearing, so here you go:
